Role Description
This is a 1 year contract, full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position. The CSR is the first point of contact with clients. They greet and assist clients in person and by phone, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries about services, procedures, and clinic policies. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, updating client and patient records, processing payments, and coordinating with veterinary and support staff to ensure a smooth visit experience. The role also involves monitoring client feedback, helping resolve concerns, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects the clinic’s values. The individual will work closely with the team to maintain efficient front-desk operations and high standards of client care.
Qualifications include:
Demonstrated skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Previous experience in CSR or similar positions in veterinary or healthcare service environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse clients. Fluency in one or more of Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or Mandarin is an advantage.
Demonstrated skills and comfort with using computer systems for scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a busy clinical setting.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, post-secondary education is an advantage
