Role Description The Customer Service Specialist "Pit Crew Member" is a part-time, casual, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This role involves greeting guests, answering questions about racing experiences and merchandise, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient check-in and check-out process. The specialist will handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries, resolve concerns, and support booking and payment activities. Daily tasks include providing information on event options, coordinating with race coaches and staff, assisting with special event logistics, and helping guests find F1 merchandise. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collecting feedback, and contributing to continuous improvements in guest experience.
TracksVR is looking for a motivated, driven, reliable, outgoing and personable team member to help host our customers at our high-end racing simulator venue. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands customer service excellence, has an interest in motorsports, and is comfortable in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through their racing simulator experience
- Explain how the simulators work and assist customers during sessions

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and common office software; experience in retail or hospitality is an asset.
