Legal Officer
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Legal Officer to safeguard our legal interests and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure legal compliance and manage corporate risk across all operations.
- Provide expert legal counsel to support business decisions and strategy.
- Liaise with state agencies, external counsel, and the Group’s Legal Director
Requirements
- 5 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Corporate, Commercial, Labor, Real Estate and retail-related Law.
- Excellent skills in drafting contracts and professional proficiency in English.
