As we continue to scale and evolve, we are seeking an experienced and confident HR & Office Manager to lead and strengthen our people, policy, and compliance functions.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a growing organization and is comfortable wearing multiple hats while building systems for long-term success.
Position Overview
The HR & Office Manager will oversee all human resources functions, corporate compliance, and internal policy management, while also supporting broader operations within the office such as office management and internal supply ordering. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently present policies and ideas to leadership and staff.
You will play a key role in supporting our growth, strengthening internal structure, and ensuring the organization operates efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Employee records management and probation tracking
- Performance review coordination
- Vacation and personal day management
- Internal communications and employee memos
- Training coordination and professional development programs
- Employee handbook and policy manual updates
- Facilitation of respectful workplace training
Compliance & Corporate Governance
- Regulatory compliance and records retention
- Business licensing and emergency planning oversight
- Contracts and lease administration
- Risk management and internal policy development
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Confident communicator capable of presenting policies, concepts, and ideas to groups
