Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience on one of Ontario’s major infrastructure projects?
Trillium Guideway Partners (TGP) is looking for motivated students and emerging professionals to join our team through co-op and internship opportunities. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in the construction and delivery of the Ontario Line while working alongside experienced professionals across engineering, construction, project management, and project controls.
We are interested in students from a variety of educational backgrounds who are eager to learn, contribute, and build their careers in the infrastructure and construction industry.
What You Could Work On
Depending on your background, skills, and project needs, co-op opportunities may include roles such as:
- Station Coordinator Co-op
- Guideway Coordinator Co-op
- Other entry-level opportunities supporting the delivery of the Ontario Line
As a co-op student, you may have the opportunity to support project teams with coordination, documentation, reporting, scheduling, site activities, and communication between project stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from students currently enrolled in a college or university program related to:
- Civil, Construction, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Construction Management
- Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Project Management
- Engineering Technology
- Business Administration or related programs
- Other programs relevant to infrastructure and construction
You don't need to have extensive industry experience. We are looking for students who are:
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams
- Strong communication skills
- Interested in construction, infrastructure, or major projects
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Previous construction, infrastructure, field, or project experience is an asset but not required for all opportunities.
