We are looking for a dedicated and diligent Project Manager to join the Trinity Consultants Canada team. Trinity Consultants Canada’s Water & Ecology team delivers environmental and scientific expertise for simple to complex projects across Canada. With local trust and global expertise, our team applies the highest standards of scientific excellence and technical precision to help industry and government including Indigenous groups secure or evaluate project permits and approvals to meet regulatory requirements with confidence, and achieve better environmental outcomes.
Our work spans the full project lifecycle, from baseline assessments and approvals through operations, offsetting, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on practical, science-based solutions. Our professionals specialize in water resources, hydrogeology, aquatic sciences, wildlife and terrestrial science, permitting, and environmental compliance, supporting projects in highly regulated environments.

WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
The Project Manager role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain:
- Actively manage multidisciplinary environmental projects of varying size and complexity
- Oversee the execution of project activities while managing cost, scope, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project Directors with managing project team dynamics and prioritizing critical-path tasks to meet project timelines
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, Indigenous groups, and regulators
- Participate in business development and lead proposal preparation
THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of work experience in an environmental consulting background
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, critical thinking, ability to make and document sound decisions, problem solving skills
- Ability to leverage project management tools and systems to support the prioritize work across multiple projects
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, excellence, and professional ethics
- Formal project management training would be considered an asset
