Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Start Date: Friday, September 18, 2026
Contract Duration: September 18, 2026 – February 2027 (minimum)
Duration: 5+ months, with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead change impact assessment workshops and design sessions across Retail, Supply Chain, Payroll, and IT teams.
- Analyze business, process, technology, and people impacts resulting from transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Business Subject Matter Advisors (SMAs) and project stakeholders to identify change risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Provide strategic advisory support for communications and training activities, ensuring alignment with overall change objectives.
- Guide client-owned communication and training deliverables by providing change management expertise, recommendations, and best practices.
- Monitor stakeholder readiness and adoption, recommending actions to improve engagement and transition outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for large-scale business or technology transformations.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience conducting impact assessments and stakeholder workshops.
- Experience supporting Retail, Supply Chain, Payroll, and/or IT transformation programs.
- Expertise in change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training enablement.
- Excellent consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks.
