Responsibilities
Own end-to-end test strategy and release planning, lead and mentor manual and automation QA engineers, and guide automation frameworks, tools, and coverage. Track and report quality metrics, represent QA in cross-functional release decisions, and improve QA processes, tooling, and team capacity planning.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of QA experience, including four or more years in hands-on test automation, plus experience managing manual and automation testers. Candidates should have strong Selenium experience with Java or Python, API testing and CI/CD knowledge, familiarity with Agile and release processes, and skills in SQL, debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
