True Glue Beauty is looking for an organized, creative and motivated E-Commerce & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing beauty brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media and beauty, but is equally comfortable jumping into the operational side of an e-commerce business. One day you might be creating an Instagram Reel or planning content, and the next you'll be packing customer orders, responding to emails or making sure our inventory is accurate.
This is a hybrid position, with approximately half of your time working remotely and half working from our Ancaster location. Because order fulfillment and inventory management are part of the position, applicants must be able to reliably commute to Ancaster.
What You'll Be Doing
- Pack and prepare online orders for shipment
- Monitor inventory and keep accurate stock counts
- Flag low inventory and help coordinate product reorders
- Manage customer service inquiries via email and social media
- Handle basic order issues, exchanges and customer follow-up
- Help manage and maintain our e-commerce website and product listings
- Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
- Film and edit simple short-form video content and Reels
- Engage with our online community, including comments and DMs
- Help develop creative ideas for social media, product launches and promotions
- Assist with email marketing and promotions
- Monitor basic e-commerce and social media performance
- Keep an eye on beauty and social media trends and bring new ideas to the team
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to have done all of this before. We're looking for someone who is smart, dependable, creative and eager to learn.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are highly organized and pay attention to the little details
- Are comfortable using Instagram and TikTok and understand what makes content engaging
- Have a good eye for branding, beauty and visual content
- Are comfortable filming and editing simple social media content
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Are comfortable learning new software and e-commerce tools
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Don't mind switching between creative work and hands-on tasks like packing orders
- Are reliable and able to commute to Ancaster for in-person work
Experience with Shopify/WordPress, Canva, CapCut, email marketing platforms or e-commerce is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
