TTA is seeking up to six qualified SAP instructor-led training (ILT) facilitators to support an upcoming SAP training initiative. Instructors will participate in train-the-trainer preparation and deliver end-user training across one or more of the following SAP modules: Record to Report, Project Systems, and Enterprise Asset Management.
The engagement includes a two-week onsite Train-the-Trainer preparation period in Manitoba, Canada, followed by a training delivery window from December through March. The bulk of training delivery will be remote, with some limited onsite delivery in Manitoba as needed.
What You'll Do
- Complete a two-week onsite Train-the-Trainer preparation period in Manitoba, Canada, beginning in November.
- Deliver instructor-led SAP training to end users from December through March.
- Facilitate training primarily through remote/virtual delivery, with limited onsite sessions in Manitoba.
- Support learners across finance, project management, asset management, maintenance, or related operational functions.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Proven instructor-led training (ILT) delivery experience.
- Working knowledge and training expertise in at least one of the following SAP modules: Record to Report, Project Systems, or Enterprise Asset Management.
- Availability for the full two-week onsite prep period in Manitoba starting in November.
- Availability to deliver training December through March.
- Ability to deliver training effectively in a remote/virtual format.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Manitoba for limited onsite delivery.
- Active passport (required for candidates based in the United States).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
- Experience delivering both Train-the-Trainer and end-user training.
- Ability to facilitate across more than one of the required SAP modules.
- Prior experience working with Canadian organizations or learner groups.
- Strong familiarity with virtual classroom platforms and remote facilitation tools.
