About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic foundation in computer science and hands-on experience building modern web applications.
You are curious, eager to learn, and excited about working across the full technology stack - from front-end interfaces to back-end systems - while contributing to innovative solutions, including emerging AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications (front-end and back-end)
- Build and integrate APIs to support scalable and efficient workflows
- Develop modern user interfaces using frameworks such as React
- Work with databases such as MongoDB
- Contribute to application performance, debugging, and optimization
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development practices
- Stay up to date with new technologies, particularly in AI and automation
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in a full stack development role
- Good communication and documentation skills are a requirement
- Experience with:
- JavaScript frameworks (MERN Stack)
- Node.js
- API development and integration
- MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of C++, C#, and PHP an asset.
- Strong UI/UX abilities with detail and design orientation.
- Strong interest in software development, coding, and building applications
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
Language Requirements
- Professional proficiency in French and English
- Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to or experience with AI technologies or machine learning
- Exposure to workflow solutions such as n8n
- Knowledge of the print or graphic arts industry
- Experience working with scalable or cloud-based architectures, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
