Competitive Compensation – CA$70,000 to CA$110,000 per year

What You'll Do
As an Industrial Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding Uniking Canada's customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned industry segment.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and developing existing customer relationships.
- Present tailored product solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Work toward and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts and develop new customer partnerships.
- 2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
- Develop a strong understanding of Uniking Canada's products, applications, and technical capabilities.
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer requirements and operating environments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
- Continuously develop your technical and commercial knowledge to become a trusted resource for customers.
- Territory & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to your assigned territory.
- Plan customer visits and prospecting activities to maximize territory coverage and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor pipeline activity and provide regular updates and performance reports to the Sales Director.
- Take ownership of your territory's growth, customer relationships, and sales performance.
- Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with internal sales, customer service, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate customer needs, feedback, and market insights to support continuous improvement.
- Take initiative in identifying ways to improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and business development efforts.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to develop their career in industrial sales.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales, industrial sales, or a related sales role.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Strong business development and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and spending time on the road.
Education
- High school diploma required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is considered an asset.
Technical Skills & Other Requirements
- Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate professionally in both English and French.
