Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, senior technology business leader to serve as an Internal Technology Evangelist & Adoption Leader. With our engineering teams having successfully built advanced AI SDLC capabilities and modern software delivery platforms, our strategic focus is shifting toward internal market penetration, user enablement, and driving wide-scale adoption across the bank.
In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our engineering innovators, the broader Digital tech teams, and internal Banking channel & business groups. You will own the internal "sales & marketing" strategy to showcase the value of our modern AI, SDLC, cloud, and developer productivity tools, inspiring business and tech teams alike to transition onto these modern capabilities.
This is not a traditional project management role; we are looking for a commercial, growth-minded leader with a strong background in software sales, technology product marketing, or solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Sales & Marketing Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM), engagement, and adoption strategies to drive awareness and internal sales of modern AI SDLC and Digital Core capabilities.
- Internal Stakeholder Presentations & Demos: Drive messaging, presentations, and product roadshows targeted at key internal stakeholder groups - ranging from Banking channel and business teams to engineering leaders across Digital Core.
- Evangelism & Storytelling: Translate complex, cutting-edge software concepts (AI, Generative AI, cloud platforms, SDLC modernization) into clear, high-impact business value propositions and ROI narratives for senior executives.
- Adoption & Enablement Campaigns: Identify target user groups across the organization and launch structured onboarding, enablement, and champion programs to accelerate tool utilization and developer adoption.
- User Feedback & Roadmap Influence: Gather product feedback and internal market intelligence from adopting teams to directly influence engineering roadmaps and product priorities.
- Value Metrics & Reporting: Establish, measure, and report on key adoption metrics, user engagement, business value realization, and overall internal client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based working relationships across business units, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to influence adoption without direct authority.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software sales, technology product marketing, sales engineering, solution consulting, customer success, or product evangelism.
- Track Record: Proven track record of driving adoption or commercial success for enterprise software, modern cloud platforms, AI/ML solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with modern software development life cycle (SDLC) models, cloud-native architectures, or AI technologies.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, influence business and engineering stakeholders, and foster cross-functional alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with latest-generation software models, including Generative AI, machine learning, cloud-based platform engineering, or developer tools/DevOps.
- Background in launching, promoting, or scaling adoption for emerging internal platforms within financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of developer experience (DevEx), developer productivity tools, and modern software engineering practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Natural Evangelist & Influencer: Highly persuasive communicator who thrives on building relationships and bringing people along on a transformation journey.
- Tech-Savvy & Business-Minded: Equally comfortable engaging in deep discussions with engineering teams as presenting strategic value propositions to executive business leaders.
- Results-Driven: Motivated by measurable adoption outcomes and helping the bank realize maximum business value from its technology investments.
