Manager, Global Trader Communications
You will lead the global accountability for voice recording technology, supporting trading floors across the LATIN AMERICA
HIGHLIGHTS
- Develop /maintain Global Trader Voice operating model, prioritizing voice preservation specifically Capital Markets, Trading LOB
- Manage workflows for producing voice recordings and evidence for complex global requests, partnering closely with HR, Legal, and Compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with corporate executives, regulators, internal controls, and global partner(s). ensuring alignment across business and technology
- Senior level expertise in Desktop Applications/Support SPECIFIC within Trader Voice, communication technologies... (voice recording software).
- People Leadership...: expertise leading teams within IT, Trader Voice… on a global scale
- Technical Stack: Advanced knowledge of Turrets (BT, IPC, Cloud9), Voice Recording software (Verint, NICE, Redbox), and Cisco CUCM.
- Executive-Facing Experience/Support ..English and Spanish
