Responsibilities
Lead the AI domain by owning agent architecture, setting technical direction, and solving challenging problems in AI agents, reasoning, and autonomous decision-making. Build, evaluate, and deploy production AI systems, deliver customer-facing features end-to-end, and share technical work publicly through blogs, benchmarks, and papers.
Requirements
Candidates should have a strong background in AI or machine learning and hands-on experience building or experimenting with software. They should be comfortable working independently, making foundational technical decisions, communicating and publishing their work, and growing into a technical leadership role; experience with large language models is an additional advantage.
