UPSIDE DOWN TALENT | TORONTO
Chronically online? Have a camera roll full of content ideas? Know a trend before it becomes a trend?
We should talk. 💜
We're Upside Down Talent, a fast-growing, human-first talent management agency representing some seriously amazing digital creators.
We're looking for a creative, social-obsessed human to join our team and help bring the magic happening inside our Toronto office to life online.
Think behind-the-scenes moments, office culture, team personalities, trending TikToks, and content that makes people want to be part of our world.
This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-and-watch internship. We want someone who can grab a camera, take the lead, and CREATE.

- You have a natural creative eye and know how to make everyday moments interesting.
- You're confident directing people and aren't afraid to take creative initiative.

WHY UPSIDE DOWN?
This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging creative looking to get their foot in the door of the creator economy.
You'll get real hands-on experience inside a growing creative company, work directly with the founder, and have the freedom to make content that actually gets published.
No fetching coffee. No corporate nonsense. Just real experience, creative freedom, and a team of magical humans.
