Summary of the Role
The candidate should be able to understand business requirements and interact and explain to tech. and QA teams, Transaction Monitoring, and broader Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platforms, acting as a critical bridge between FCRM business users and Technology delivery teams.
This role ensures that complex regulatory, risk, and detection requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions that are well-designed, data-enabled, tested, operationally ready, and sustainable in BAU. The analyst enables safe and effective change across FCRM platforms by combining business application ownership, business testing leadership, data enablement, and strong stakeholder orchestration.

Must-Have Skills
- 5-7 of experience
- Strong BA skills with BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) experience. Track record of working with Data, Technology and Data Governance teams
- Strong SQL capability: Interpret data and derive conclusions
- Comfortable with large datasets query and handling
- Understand ETL, data mapping, data lineage
- Can create and execute Business testing plans focused on from a business use case perspective; work closely with BAT test leads
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools
Soft Skills
- Can take ownership and be single point of contact between multiple teams and handle small initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great communication, able to explain tech discussions in simple business terms
Nice-To-Have
- AML experience preferred; Oracle ECM / Transaction Monitoring experience considered an asset
