We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep expertise in transportation, warehouse, and supply-chain operations to support the warehouse system, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of enterprise logistics systems. This role serves as a critical bridge between business operations and technology teams, translating operational needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions are delivered effectively, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, logistics, and supply-chain processes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, integration, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience coordinating UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
