V.U.nics is an Ontario-based contract electronics manufacturer specialising in high-reliability PCB assembly, box build, and system integration for OEMs in medical, defence, industrial, automotive, and security applications. Established in 2008 and operating from our facility in Concord, Ontario, we build electronics for applications where quality escapes are not an option.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified with IATF-16949 compliance for automotive customers, RoHS certified, and a member of the Global Electronics Association. Every build includes DFM review, first article inspection, full component-level traceability, and documented work instructions. From prototype through production.

Our capabilities include surface mount and through-hole assembly, fine-pitch and BGA placement with X-ray verification, selective and wave soldering, automated optical inspection, conformal coating, cable and harness assembly, and complete box build and system integration. We support new product introduction, engineering change implementation, and full lifecycle production.
