About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager (Director level), this role sits within the Strategy & Operations team supporting the Technology & Operations function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
- Deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations
- Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Drive process improvements across planning, reporting, and analytics
About You
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or related finance background considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Currently operating at the Manager level (or close to)
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
- Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling experience
Compensation
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
- 15% target bonus + pension matching
