Responsibilities
- Diagnose, resolve, and analyze electrical issues in recreational vehicles (12V, 120V)
- Provide after-sales service to our customers
- Perform minor plumbing repairs (fittings, leaks, pumps, etc.)
- Use hand tools to perform various adjustments and installations (furniture, accessories, equipment)
- Perform basic woodworking repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure repairs or modifications are tracked
- Provide excellent customer service during service calls and after-sales follow-ups Complete service reports and document work performed
- Install a variety of technical equipment on vehicles: windows, ventilation systems, heating, bench seats, exterior accessories, etc.
Profil
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following three areas: electrical work, plumbing, and cabinetmaking.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
- Interest in manual labor and customer service.
- A solution-oriented approach and the ability to resolve technical problems quickly.
