Original job description

This isn’t a typical summer job - it’s honestly a chance to change your life, make serious money, learn real skills, and work in an environment that rewards hard work. If you’re driven, competitive, and looking for an opportunity to take control of your future, this is for you.

Why Work With Us?

This job is for people who want more than just a paycheck - it’s for those who want to grow. By the end of the summer, you’ll have:

Confidence and communication skills that will carry you into any career.
A paycheck that reflects your work ethic and the satisfaction of knowing you earned every dollar.
Real results to show for your effort - sales performance numbers that stand out on any resume.

Who We’re Looking For

We don’t sugarcoat it - this job is challenging. But if you’re the right person, it can change your life.

You’re Hardworking: You don’t back down from a challenge, and you’re ready to hustle.
You’re Competitive: Whether it’s sports, school, or life, you love to win.
You’re Outgoing: You’re comfortable talking to people and building connections.
You’re Motivated by Results: You want to earn good money and develop skills that will stick with you forever.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll spend your summer knocking doors and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada’s largest residential pest control provider.

Training Provided: Get daily in-person training and improve your skills every single day.
Earn What You’re Worth: This is a commission-based role where your effort directly determines your income. Most reps earn 15,000–25,000 in 3 months, but there’s no cap.
Housing Included: Live with like-minded individuals in a new city, fully furnished and covered by Vantage Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing

Start each day with a focused sales meeting to sharpen your techniques.
Spend 6–8 hours knocking doors, pitching and making sales, meeting 75–100 people daily.
Compete in individual and team sales challenges to push yourself further.

How You Get Paid

No hourly wage and no salary cap. You’re paid 100% on commission, so what you earn is up to you. You’ll make ~$200-400 for every sale you close, paid out bi-weekly. Most first-year reps finish the summer with $15,000-25,000, and our top reps clear $80,000+. Hitting targets also unlock bonuses, contests and company trips.

Work Schedule

We encourage a 6-day workweek, including daily sales meetings and 6–8 hours of prospecting each day (~48 hours/week). You set your hours, but the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

Interested?

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’re ready for, apply now. This job isn’t for everyone, but for the right person, it could be life-changing.
