Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in St John’s, NL. The Salesperson will engage with residential and commercial customers to promote pest control services, conduct product and service presentations, and close sales in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, following up on leads, responding to customer questions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with the local team, participating in ongoing training sessions, meeting individual and team sales targets, and representing Vantage Marketing Canada in a professional manner in the community.

- Sales and customer service abilities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a face-to-face environment.

- Ability to work on-site in St John’s, NL, including outdoor and door-to-door activities as required.

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an asset but not required.
- Availability for full-time work and eligibility to work in Canada; valid driver’s license is considered an advantage.
