Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Summer Sales Intern position located in Charlottetown, PEI. Interns will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with training sessions under the guidance of experienced managers. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively.
- Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Experience or willingness to participate in Training activities to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Motivation to work in a results-driven environment and a commitment to personal growth through hands-on experience.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an asset but not required.
