We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect who brings more than technical expertise. We need someone who understands business challenges, can advise senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and design practical, scalable enterprise solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead Salesforce architecture and solution design for enterprise clients.
- Work directly with business and technology leaders to understand priorities and translate them into practical solutions.
- Design solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
- Architect integrations with ERP, data platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Assess existing Salesforce environments, identifying opportunities for modernization, simplification, and cost optimization.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and executive discussions.
- Advise clients on architectural trade-offs, technology choices, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with broader business and technology strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of enterprise technology experience and strong client-facing consulting experience are essential.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, security, data models, and platform capabilities.
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated consulting experience across multiple clients, ideally within professional services or advisory firms.
- Ability to engage confidently with CIOs, business executives, and senior technology leaders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to evaluate options, challenge requirements, and make sound architectural recommendations.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or enterprise architecture practices is an advantage.
- Salesforce architecture certifications are valued but not mandatory.
