Lead Full-Stack GenAI Developer
- Production GenAI Development: Strong recent hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI, RAG, and/or Agentic AI systems, with proven personal coding contributions.
- Full-Stack & Python: Advanced Python skills with strong expertise in software design, APIs, asynchronous processing, testing, debugging, and scalable application development.
- AI & Cloud Technologies: Deep understanding of RAG, context engineering, structured generation, agents, model evaluation, observability, with practical experience in Azure AI Services and/or Databricks.
- Data & Enterprise Integration: Strong SQL and production data-engineering experience, including data profiling, transformation, quality validation, schema evolution, lineage, and batch/event-driven pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications and data while implementing security, resilience, error handling, and operational telemetry. Must be able to lead technically while remaining a strong hands-on individual contributor.
