We are looking for an experienced UX Architect to lead UX strategy and experience design for a large-scale digital transformation
- 10+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Experience Architecture, with expertise in enterprise/B2B platforms.
- Strong experience in UX strategy, design thinking, journey mapping, and simplifying complex onboarding workflows.
- Hands-on expertise in designing intuitive, data-driven dashboards and shipment visibility experiences, including tracking, milestones, alerts, and status updates.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or similar collaborative design tools, with strong knowledge of usability heuristics, WCAG, and inclusive design.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Preferred: Experience in logistics, transportation, rail, freight, or industrial domains, along with exposure to AI-assisted UX and North American clients.
