Role:
We are seeking a Workday Integration Lead with strong expertise in Workday Studio to design, implement, and manage complex integrations across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems. This leadership role will drive integration strategy, oversee development teams, and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and consultants.
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to manage upgrades, enhancements, and new Workday module rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration architecture and processes.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of Workday integration experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Workday Studio and advanced integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs).
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware platforms.
- Experience integrating HRIS, Payroll, and Finance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
