Internally, this role is referred to as Contact Management and focuses on outbound prospecting, customer qualification, and sales support for our Outside Sales team.
Your Tasks:
- Call 50+ contacts daily within A & B Accounts to drive new customer engagement.
- Research and qualify new customer accounts and key contacts
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new sales opportunities and connect with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments on behalf of the Outside Sales team to support territory growth.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication with professionalism and urgency.
- Log all customer interactions including phone calls and emails in the CRM
- Participating in networking opportunities with colleagues in Inside Sales and Outside Sales, as well as with customers, through LinkedIn and industry tradeshows.

Your Profile:
- College Diploma or a University Degree is preferred
- Strong communication skills, with a preference for phone-based interactions.
- A strong willingness to learn to constantly deepen your expertise in measurement technology
- Structured working method
- Sales skills combined with enthusiasm for innovative measurement technology.
- High level of English proficiency required bilingual in French is an asset
