What you’ll create and do:
As a Billing Specialist, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Initiate and create client records: Accurately set up and maintain comprehensive records for all clients.
- Assemble client-provided information: Organize and manage the information provided by clients, ensuring it is readily accessible for internal use.
- Reach out to practice staff as required: Collaborate with practice staff to gather necessary information or resolve any issues related to client records.
- Help with invoicing and WIP clearance: Support the invoicing process and ensure that all WIP is cleared in a timely manner.

- Certifications related to office administration, accounting software (such as QuickBooks or SAP), project management (PMP or CAPM), or data analysis tools (like Microsoft Excel certifications) preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients
- Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work
- Flexible in terms of work schedule as services all Canadian time zones and overtime is required
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Additional information
- Please note this is a 3-6 month full-time contract opportunity, starting from Jan 2027 (with the possibility of extension).
- Team members work on a hybrid schedule, in office 2-3 days per week - (mandatory training in the office)
- The Billing Specialist team services all Canadian time zones, therefore extended business hours and overtime will be required during peak periods
- Hourly rate range for this position is CAD $21-$22.50
