Responsibilities
Lead the purchasing team and execute procurement strategies for materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Support project management and estimating teams, manage vendor relationships and agreements, and report on procurement activities to senior management.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, or 4–5 years of purchasing experience, is required. Candidates should have experience drafting vendor agreements and assessing supplier risks, knowledge of corporate purchasing regulations, strong negotiation and people-management skills, and familiarity with relevant purchasing tools; Viewpoint Construction Software experience is an asset.
