Job Description
- Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience
- Recent acute care experience. Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to work with patients and their families in a collaborative way
- High level accuracy/attention to detail required in all aspects of this position
- Knowledge in nursing process
- Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices or procedures.
- Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making
- Proven ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Technical skills necessary to perform functions of position Other Information
