Title: Java FS Developer (React)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex software systems and applications, setting high
standards for quality and innovation.
- Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity
and solution quality.
- Deliver solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge
sharing.
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical
solutions.
- Participate in Agile meetings, deliver project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory
and business requirements.
- Learn, improve, and apply Client’s proprietary frameworks and best practices.
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
- Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as
needed.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Required Skills:
- Years of development experience with proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and
clean code.
- Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, Relational databases
- Experience with UI development framework (React, Redux, React hooks, etc.).
- Experience with AI coding assistants like copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc for
software development, automation, reporting, or analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in designing complex, large-scale distributed systems and
microservices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, organizational,
and planning skills.
- Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and
written.
- Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components, preferably
using coding assistant.
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and understand the
financial aspects of technology decisions.
Good to have skills:
- Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization,
observability tools.
- Understanding of serverless architecture
- Competency with source control systems (preferably git), CI/CD tools such as Jenkins,
ensuring streamlined development processes.
- Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools
- Basic understanding of Linux and Shell scripting
