Position Overview
VStream Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior CRM Software Developer to design, build, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform applications.
- Develop and test application code, data components and integrations.
- Resolve migration, implementation and production issues.
- Work with technical and business teams across the software development lifecycle and prepare technical documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Azure solution design.
- Knowledge of Dynamics integration and interoperability with Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Hands-on low-code and custom Dynamics 365 development.
- Dataverse design and development.
- Azure development experience.
- Working knowledge of .NET, C# and JavaScript.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service, case and knowledge management, Customer Service Workspace, agent profiles, session templates, workstreams and routing.
- Power Apps, model-driven apps, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, PCF controls and Liquid.
- Web APIs, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps and CI/CD.
- Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications; Agile delivery and AODA experience.
Work Arrangement
Onsite in Toronto, Ontario, five days per week.
Contract Information
Full-time contract expected to run from November 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. No security clearance is required. Compensation: CAD $75–$80 per hour.
