Responsibilities
- Review project proposal and execution plan as agreed with client;
- Prepare status reports, gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information about the project for management and for stakeholders
- Validate customer requirement, manage project scope, timelines, hours and assumptions.
- Finalize the definition of project scope, WBS (work breakdown structure), budget, schedule and objectives;
- Assign and manage project team at each phase and determine project responsibilities and organisation chart;
- Interface and coordinate with the client Counterpart;
- Define, with Discipline Engineering Managers, final project hours and deliverables;
- Plan and manage project execution activities (engineering, procurement and construction) overall;
- Develop or update (as required) the project execution plan (PEP);
- Establish, with project controls, the project deliverables schedule and overall execution schedule;
- Organise the kick-off meeting (internal & with client) to explain the scope, KPIs and schedule;
- Direct, with the Project Engineer, engineering and design work to meet established budget and schedule;
- Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, schedule changes and recommend actions;
- Review and approve RFQ and IFC packages before final issue;
- Analyse and review technical evaluations of contractor/supplier bids;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
