Summary: We are looking for an Intermediate Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in VMware, Windows Server administration, Linux environments, and IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for server deployments, infrastructure support, incident management, and maintaining enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, virtual machines, and VM templates. Experience building and administering Windows Server environments. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and GPO management. Experience with Linux administration; familiarity with Red Hat Linux is an advantage. Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident Management, and Change Management processes. Understanding of server hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and collaborative environment.
