More specifically, the app allows customers to review caregiver’s bios, match skills, choose their caregiver, select a preferred schedule and pay directly. Once care has been secured, clients will receive notifications through the app when the caregiver is arriving, allow for messaging and video conferencing, rate the caregiver and update requested tasks all in the comfort of home.
