Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ Years of Project Management experience with 5+ years in US Healthcare Payer IT
- Extensive experience in Project Management, spanning both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle, including intake, governance, planning, execution, and delivery
- In-depth understanding of the client's ecosystem, including:
- Technical architecture and integration landscape
- Functional domains and business processes
- Organizational structure, decision-making models, and governance forums
- Proven business acumen with the ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high volume of small enhancements concurrently
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and expectations
- Creative, solution-oriented thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Recent technical background, including exposure to data platforms, APIs, and modern system integrations
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, inspire, and align diverse teams toward common outcomes
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and consensus‑building skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members, promoting delivery excellence and accountability
