Calgary Warehouse Manager
Location: Calgary, AB Full-time | Monday–Friday
Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being hands-on, keeping things organized, and making sure the operation runs smoothly?
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Calgary warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, equipment, and a small team.
You’ll be the person who knows what is coming in, what is going out, what needs to be ordered, and what needs attention - while making sure the warehouse is safe, clean, organized, and ready to support our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operation of the Calgary warehouse, including shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Oversee and support the Warehouse Assistant and Customer Service Representatives/Delivery Drivers
- Process daily orders for customers, delivery vehicles, and satellite warehouses
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
- Work with office staff to monitor inventory needs and coordinate ordering
- Conduct inventory and equipment spot-checks
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage documentation
- Ensure regulated products and hazardous materials are properly documented and handled
- Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Drive a commercial delivery vehicle when needed to support service and sales activities
- Identify problems, find practical solutions, and keep things moving
What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are currently a:
- Warehouse Manager
- Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead
- Senior Warehouse Associate looking to take the next step
- Warehouse/Distribution professional with strong inventory and shipping/receiving experience
Your background should include:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or inventory environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate records
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around equipment
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both warehouse and office teams
- A positive, dependable, hands-on approach
- The ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team
Assets include:
- Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification
- WHMIS/GHS knowledge
- Education or training in warehousing, logistics, or a related field
Physical & Working Requirements
This is a hands-on warehouse position, not a desk-only management role.
You must be comfortable:
- Standing and moving around the warehouse for extended periods
- Regularly lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Bending, twisting, and performing physical warehouse duties
- Maneuvering large-volume drums with mechanical assistance
- Working indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A clean driving record and safe driving habits are required.
If you’re someone who takes pride in a well-run warehouse, enjoys solving problems, and wants to have a direct impact on the operation, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a key part of the business.
Apply today and tell us about your warehouse experience and the type of operation you’ve been responsible for.
