- Assists customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests.
- Helps ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair order.
- Gathers and interprets information on vehicle condition from the Technicians to advise the customer and communicate this information.
- Supports the Service Manager by distributing work to staff, accurately maintaining repair orders, supporting promotional activities, monitoring labor inventory, complying with safety and environmental programs and practices, and other duties assigned.

Qualifications
- Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service abilities.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical information in an accessible way.
- Experience or knowledge in Aftersales processes, including service follow-up, warranty support, and maintenance recommendations.
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or related customer-facing role is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple appointments, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfort with using dealership management or service scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and quality service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
