Wax Records is looking for a creative, culture-driven content creator to help bring our artists and projects to life across social media.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes digital culture, understands what makes content resonate, and knows how to turn a good idea into something captivating. From shooting artist content to editing engaging short-form videos, we're looking for someone who can think creatively, adapt, and bring a fresh perspective to music marketing.
What You'll Do
- Shoot and edit engaging short-form video content for our artists' social media
- Develop creative concepts inspired by emerging trends and digital culture
- Collaborate with artists and the team to bring ideas from concept to execution
What We're Looking For
- Strong video editing and content creation skills
- Familiarity with editing software and social media platforms
- A sharp eye for trends, visual storytelling, and what works online
- A creative, self-starter mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life
- An interest in music, artist development, and the wider music industry
- Someone eager to experiment, build their portfolio, and grow creatively
The Opportunity
This is a flexible, freelance, project-based opportunity with paid work as content needs arise. It's a chance to get hands-on experience in the music industry, work directly with artists, and contribute to exciting creative projects.
For the right person, there's potential for the role to grow into an ongoing retainer or longer-term position as Wax Records and its projects expand.
