- Edit short-form video content and adapt creative for different platforms, formats, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners across a variety of creative marketing projects.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, creative briefs, stakeholder feedback, and approvals.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date brand assets, templates, and campaign files.
- Review creative before launch to ensure it is accurate, responsive, and on brand.
- Take on new creative and marketing projects as the team's and business's needs evolve.
What we're looking for:
- A strong eye for layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, and digital design.
- An understanding of how creative supports marketing goals, audiences, and calls to action.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confidence in learning new platforms, technology, and AI-assisted tools.
- Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
