Location:South Surrey – West Coast Gardens
Hours:8:30am–5:00pm | 30–40 hoursper week
Pay:$18/hr
Duration:March–June (possibility to continue into summer season)
About the Role:
West Coast Gardens is looking for seasonal help in our annuals department. This is a hands-on role working with plants and helping maintain our outdoor retail area during the busy garden season.
Responsibilities:
- Restock annual plants, herbs, and vegetables
- Water and care for plants throughout the day
- Maintain clean, full, and attractive plant displays
- Assist customers with basic plant questions
- Work with the team to keep the department organized and well maintained
Qualifications:
- Interest in plants or gardening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and working with plants
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork
- Reliable transportation is recommended as the location is not accessible by bus.
