Role Description The Account Manager is a part time , hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail and distribution partners, ensuring that accounts receive timely support, product information, and service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating promotions, and responding to account inquiries. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to forecast demand, resolve issues, and optimize account performance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing regular reports, and identifying opportunities to expand West Coast Naturals’ presence in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, or sales in a product-focused environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic data analysis to track performance, generate insights, and develop account plans.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge or interest in natural health products, supplements, or wellness industries is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Vancouver, BC and independently from home.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort with preparing presentations, participating in meetings, and representing the company in a professional manner.
