Since 1982, Westcoast Roofing Systems Ltd. has protected homes, strata buildings and commercial properties across Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island with expert roofing, leak investigation, skylight, chimney and building envelope work.
The West Coast is one of the wettest regions in Canada. For more than four decades, our crews have learned exactly what that rain does to cedar, membranes, flashing, skylights and chimneys, and how to build systems that keep it out. That experience is backed by certification. We are a GAF Master Elite contractor, a status GAF awards to the top 2% of roofing contractors in North America, and we are certified with the Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau, Siplast, Elevate and liquid applied PMMA systems. We have held BBB A+ accreditation since 1993.
Our work:
1) Roofing, from cedar shakes on heritage homes to modern flat roof systems 2) Leak investigation that finds the real source of the problem 3) Skylight repair, replacement and installation 4) Chimney flashing, masonry repair and restoration 5) Building envelope: rain screen, cladding and sheet metal
Our approach has not changed since 1982. Listen carefully, explain the options honestly, install to manufacturer warranty standards and document every job.
Proudly serving Burnaby, Vancouver, Kitsilano, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Lions Bay, Victoria and Duncan.
