You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the products they need safely, accurately, and on time
Responsibilities include:
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Loading and unloading materials
- Organizing inventory and replenishing stock
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Preparing products for customer pickup and delivery
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety
As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll begin working more directly with customers and supporting our sales team by:
- Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email
- Entering orders, preparing quotations, and tracking deliveries
- Helping customers find solutions to their industrial supply needs
- Learning product applications and industry best practices
- Working alongside experienced Account Managers and Inside Sales professionals
- Building the foundation for future career opportunities in industrial sales and account management
