Role Description The GTM Engineer Intern (Remote) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Montreal, QC, focused on supporting go-to-market initiatives for WEVSOCIAL’s events and services platform. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in the technical setup and integration of tools that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement workflows, as well as collaborating with product and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features and campaigns. The intern may help analyze data from user interactions and platform performance to provide actionable insights for optimizing outreach and event strategies. This role also involves documenting processes, troubleshooting basic technical issues related to GTM systems, and contributing ideas for improving how WEVSOCIAL reaches and supports its community.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with basic web and software tools commonly used for go-to-market operations (e.g., CRM, analytics, or marketing automation platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort interpreting data and making practical recommendations.
- Interest in social impact, community-building, or human-centered technology products.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience with basic scripting, data querying, or integrations between tools is a plus but not required.
