Food Security Our programs support access to affordable, nutritious food through initiatives such as Good Food Box, Meals on Wheels and other community food programs.

Seniors & Aging Well We support seniors in maintaining independence, social connection and quality of life through practical supports, programs and resource navigation.

Mental Health & Well-Being We promote mental health awareness, education and access to community supports through partnerships, programs and community initiatives.

Programs & Education We offer workshops, educational opportunities and community programs focused on wellness, caregiving, life skills, social connection and community needs.

Community Partnerships We work alongside local organizations, agencies, businesses, volunteers and community members to strengthen supports and build a healthier, more connected community.
