Senior Sourcing Specialist – Indirect

$85,000 - $100,000 + benefits + vacation + Pension
This growing Public Sector organisation is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement professional to work with a new department and new stakeholder group on all of their Indirect Procurement needs, including IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, Specialist Equipment. This is a new endeavour for the company, so requires someone able to react to new situations and to seek advice and guidance when needed, by to also make logical business decisions for themselves.
As this is a new client group, you will need exceptional communication and relationship building skills. An ability to guide your business partners through complex RFP, contract negotiation and on-going contract management scenarios is vital. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a new project environment.

As the ideal candidate you will have:
- 4+ years’ Procurement experience
- Indirect procurement experience
- Public Sector experience is helpful, but not mandatory
- High level of EQ
- Can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
