About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join exacare ai’s growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling our customer-facing analytics offerings, embedding data-driven insights into daily workflows, and transforming our unique dataset into a competitive product advantage. Working closely with the Data Lead and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to productize data, build impactful dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to both internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing complex data sets, translating technical findings into clear recommendations, and collaborating across teams to enhance our product and service delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data science, product development, and healthcare operations, making a tangible difference in patient care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data/product analytics, strategy consulting, business operations, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools such as Omni, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and modeling
- Experience working directly with customers or key stakeholders to gather requirements, validate insights, and communicate findings
- Proven track record of managing data initiatives from problem definition to delivery, including backlog management and cross-team alignment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong ownership mindset
Preferred qualifications include experience in strategy consulting, healthcare analytics, SaaS environments, SQL proficiency, familiarity with modern data stacks, and exposure to analytics engineering workflows.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities to productize exacare ai's data assets, focusing on insights and AI-driven features that maximize customer value and differentiation
- Collaborate with the Product Team to scope, develop, and enhance reporting capabilities aligned with new feature releases and product updates
- Translate business and customer needs into precise data requirements for technical teams, ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder expectations
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards and reports for customer-facing and internal use, establishing standardized processes for bespoke reporting
- Support high-stakes customer interactions by preparing data-driven materials and participating in key meetings as the 'voice of data'
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer reporting issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions independently
- Partner with Sales, BizOps, and other teams to develop internal dashboards, artifacts, and tools that embed data analytics into workflows and processes
- Analyze patterns in ad hoc data requests to recommend improvements in dashboards, documentation, or product features
- Assist in the rollout of internal data initiatives, including training teams on new tools and processes
